I am trying to decide which motorcycle to buy. (1) Valkyrie Interstate (2) Yamaha Royal Star Venture Regarding the Valkyrie - especially the Interstate, are there BEST years to focus on, and years to avoid? Thank you all for any info you may provide!

Interstates were made from 1999 to 2001 and all those years were virtually identical. I'm biased but Valkyries are the best! Any bike will have issues you need to be aware of but these things are pretty bulletproof with proper maintenance. One owner has over 700,000 miles on his so you can't argue with that!
